Green Gables & North Shore Tour

All tours hosted by Internationally Certified Tour Guide and Include locally produced samples of Potato Fudge and Wild Blueberry Juice as well as a taste of world famous Mapleque oysters.

Tour Consists of:

• Green Gables National Historic Site (Bonus to celebrate our 150th)

• Scenic North Shore

• Cavendish Beach and National Park

• Fishing Village: North Rustico

• Mussel and Oyster Farms

• Historic Charlottetown

• Scenic Rolling Hills

Our route takes us through the scenic countryside. Tour begins with a brief introduction to Charlottetown’s history, Island Geography and Statistics. A map is included.

We continue with a scenic drive through the green rolling hills of PEI towards the

picturesque fishing harbour of North Rustico. Information is shared about Island oyster and mussel farming. Next we see one of our sandy beaches and harbours with a stop at the Rotating House. (Picture of rotating house)

We continue through the National Park, view the jagged red cliffs and walk on the beach.

We will drive by, enjoying the view of the world famous Cavendish Beach. Cavendish,

made famous by author Lucy Maud Montgomery, will greet us with a stop at the National Historic site, Green Gables. More beautiful countryside will be viewed as we move along to Charlottetown.
